Free Shipping on all orders over $150
Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship standard shipping; valid only on shipping to the 48 contiguous states. We cannot ship to PO boxes using our free shipping method, only to physical addresses. Additional shipping fees may be assessed on orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories. International shipping fees will be assessed on all orders shipped outside the US.
Primal Survival Gear currently ships to more than 150 countries around the globe! If shipping fees to Canada appear to be too expensive, call customer support to double check the pricing.
International Shipping Disclaimer
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

We ship most of our products directly from our fulfillment center in Denver, Colorado, while other products may come directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, multi-product orders may arrive in multiple packages from various points of origin.
Special Order Items
If you see this message on a product page, "SPECIAL ORDER ITEM Ships directly from the factory. Please allow extra time for shipping and handling. See Shipping Policy for more information," it means that we will ship the product directly from the manufacturer. This applies when your product needs to be custom made, or the item is large and/or heavy. We estimate you should plan for up to 6 weeks for special order items to arrive, although often they arrive much sooner. Questions? Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product(s) and the zip code of the shipping address.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. For your convenience, there is a shipping estimate calculator available in your shopping cart where all available rates, including premium options, will be displayed. Each shipper reserves the right to change shipping carriers at their discretion.
Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day.
Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time on Friday will begin processing the next Monday unless it is a holiday. Our fulfillment center observes most federal holidays.
A tracking number will be emailed to you.
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive the tracking number for your shipper to update the tracking information. Once shipped, the length of time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on the origin(s) of the shipment and shipping method selected.
If the shipping company confirms the product was delivered to your address but you never received it, then it may have been stolen. To resolve this issue, you must contact the shipper (usually USPS, UPS or FedEx – contact support to learn which shipping company). Once you file a stolen package report with the shipping company, provide us proof of the submission. If the shipping company doesn't refund the purchase price within 30 days, we will replace or give you store credit for the purchase amount. This offer is LIMITED to one occurrence per year, per customer/address with a purchase price limit of $250.
